Didn't end up buying, as they don't accept credit cards, but they invested loads of time cleaning cars, taking us for test drives and talking us through everything - yet didn't make a big deal when we had to pull out at the last moment. Credit to the staff.

I am so over the moon with SouthWest Motors. They were friendly and honest from the start. I fell in love with the car I bought straight away. Jay was open and honest that there needed to be a switch replacement and this had already been ordered. They fixed this for me with no issues. After having a bad experience with a different garage with my last car purchase, they have well and truly restored my confidence with their integrity as a business. I will happily purchase a car here again in the future.
